Using medical grade microneedle technology, the SkinPen creates thousands of precise micro-injuries in the dermis (the layer just below the skin’s surface). SkinPen at The Gate

It is recommended that you have three to six treatment sessions of SkinPen to see the best results (can vary between individuals).

There is a continuous and progressive improvement overtime in overall skin smoothness, firmness and elasticity: the complexion becomes brighter over time as results begin to show.

Final results (including remodelling of the skin and complete rejuvenation) are noticeable in three to 12 months. Results are dependent on the individual.

    At your appointment, your skin will be numbed with a topical numbing cream to make sure you are comfortable throughout your treatment.

    Sam will then apply a serum to your skin to allow the pen to evenly glide over the treatment area.

    Special attention will be paid to your key areas of concern such as acne scars, fine line or melasma.

    Most clients describe the sensation as a mild “tickling” or “prickling” feeling and find it completely comfortable and tolerable.

    Throughout your course of treatment, Sam may increase the depth at which the needles penetrate the skin to achieve maximum results.
